I want to unfold.
Let no place in me hold itself closed,
for where I am closed, I am false.

I want to stay clear
in your sight.

Rainer Maria Rilke

Rilke speaks of openness as honesty. To unfold is not to expose everything at once, but to stop hiding from yourself. The places we keep closed are often the ones shaped by fear or pride. Yet those sealed corners quietly distort who we are.

To remain open is an act of courage. It means allowing light into the parts we once protected from view. Not to impress, not to perform, but to be real. When we unfold, we step closer to alignment with ourselves. And in that alignment, we begin to live without pretense.
